Passed away on Monday, November 10th, 2025.
Beloved husband of Sandra Taylor (nee Gross); devoted father of Todd (Cheryl) Taylor, Christopher (Martha) Taylor, and the late Greg (survived by Jackie) Taylor; adoring grandfather of Nicole (Adam) Griffing, Sean (Mallory) Taylor, Katherine Taylor, and Abigail Taylor; cherished great grandfather of Taylor Griffing, Paige Griffing, Grayson Taylor, and Kolton Taylor; dearest son of the late Wilbur “Wib” and Joy Taylor (nee Walton); loving brother of the late Robert Taylor; our dear uncle, great uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, and friend.
Bill from an early age knew he wanted to be a lawyer. He graduated from Quincy University followed by Mizzou for his law degree. He then spent his career practicing tax law for 41 years at Monsanto, Ralston Purina and Ralcorp.
In lieu of flowers, contributions made to Quincy University or to the Salvation Army are greatly appreciated.
SERVICES: Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL (10151 Gravois Rd., 63123) on Friday, November 14th, 1:00 PM until service begins at 2:00 PM. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park.
