John Charles Wiegers

February 6, 1961 – December 13, 2025

John Charles Wiegers, age 64, of St. Louis, Missouri, unexpectedly passed away on December 13, 2025.

John was a loving husband, proud father, grandfather, brother, and best friend. He had a generous heart, was a hard working man who always provided for his family, putting their needs before his own. John was a skilled machinist and an all around handyman who loved being able to help fix things for others. He will be remembered for his humor, the security he provided, and loyalty he showed to all of the people in his life. He has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

John is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Jane (Benedick); by his children, John Jr. and Joni Rodgers (Zachary Rodgers); by his grandchildren, Ava, Alivia, Charles, Mila (Wiegers), and Zoey, Josie, Chloe (Rodgers) and by many friends who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Jean Wiegers; his siblings William, Richard, Christine, Rita, Kim and other loved ones who welcomed him home.

John Wiegers will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., St. Louis, MO 63129.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 at Kutis, followed immediately by a procession to St. Peter and Paul Cemetery, 7030 Gravois Ave, St. Louis, MO.

A celebration of life will be held after the burial. Details are still to be determined.

  1. I was so sorry hearing of John’s untimely passing. I knew him from Anheuser Busch as a fellow machinist. He was a talented machinist and very good worker, all of us at AB will miss him greatly. My condolences to his family and friends.
