John R. Eberhardt passed away in the care of SSM St. Clare Hospital on May 31, 2026. He was born on October 9, 1952. In St Louis, MO. He is proceeded in death by his parents, James Eberhardt and Jaqueline Eberhardt, nee McGlothan. His siblings, the late James Eberhardt (the late Pat) and the late Janet Cassani (the late Paul). He is survived in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Cate, nee Bruce and two sons who he was very proud of; Jeremy (Jennifer) and Joshua (Crystal). Three grandchildren, who gave him much joy; Angel, Isabell and Christian.
John loved to play golf. Even if he was not playing well, enjoyed being outside in the fresh air with any wildlife that was sharing the space. When he could no longer be on a course he gave players online a challenging game.
John spent his working life as a purchasing agent and relished making a good and fair deal.
A celebration of life will be held at Kutis Funeral Home, Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois Road 63123 on July 11th from 1:00 to 4:00pm.
