passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2022.

Beloved wife of the late Roger Buss; dearest mother of Mary Kay (Simon) Cohen, Melanie (Michael) Pilkington and Richard (Jennie) Buss; memaw of Brayden Buss, Bree Cohen, Henry, Brooks Buss, Blake Cohen, Abigail, Aubrey Pilkington, Maureen and Madelyn Buss; sister of Kay and William (Kay) Weber Jr.; our dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend of many.

Visitation Monday., January 2, 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. at KUTIS AFFTON CHAPEL, 10151 Gravois Rd. and Tuesday., January 3, 9:00 a.m. until Service 10:00 a.m. at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 9907 Sappington Rd. Interment Sunset Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Church and/or the Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis.

  1. Very sad to hear this news. Mary Kay and my daughter Jessica were friends through school. I had many occasions to be around the family. She was a fine lady and will be missed. So very sorry for this loss.

The Richard and Gertrude Buss families treasured many family holidays and weekends at Rocky Ridge and Raintree cabins in Mo with all of you for many years when our children were growing up. Miss those days so much! God’s blessings to you all! We have missed Karen!
