  1. Brent a I met when we served together in the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army. Brent was full of life, quick to laugh and eager to engage everyone in conversation. Brent was the Company Orderly and became my Army roommate. He and his girlfriend at the time introduced me to the love of my life during a blind double date. My wife and I are still married and are still very much in love. I owe my happiness and my family life to Brent and Diane. While I am saddened by Brent’s passing, it is difficult for me to remain sad when I think back at my memories of the young man who was so full of life and joy, the young man who was my friend.
