  3. Nick was one of the greatest men I have ever known, the kindest & most generous man I have ever known. He was a second father to me, and the impact he had on my life for the better is both inestimable and will endure for my whole life.

I have always missed him and will always love him dearly. He was one of a kind, a great champion & patron of the musical arts, and an eloquent artist in his own right. I hope he and his old friend, Joe Burke, are reunited now in the great beyond, where they can partake of a stiff dram and hup together at the frenetic rhythms of a Joe Cooley reel.

Rest with the angels, Dear Nick. Your legacy will live on. You will never be forgotten.
