Christine Dyan Martin was born on July, 7, 1966 to Fred and Sandra (nee Illert) Byerley in St. Louis, MO and entered into rest on Thursday, November 23 at the age of 57.
Christine was the loving wife of 31 years to Daniel H. Martin. Dear mother of Jonathan (Savanna) Martin. Dear sister of Mark (Shannon) Byerley, Brian (Lisa) Byerley, and Paul (Tonya) Byerley. Dear mother-in-law, niece, aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
She had a distinguished career as a Federal Auditor and CPA. Christine was also an avid runner, and hiker who enjoyed camping.
SERVICES: Funeral Service will held at Kutis South County Funeral Home 5255 Lemay Ferry Road on Tuesday, November 28 at 11:00 am. A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 27 from 4:00-8:00 pm. Internment at Resurrection Cemetery. Contributions in her honor appreciated to Basket of Hope, PO Box 510860, St. Louis, MO 63151 and/or American Cancer Society PO Box 6704Hagerstown , MD 21741

Chris was always there if we needed a smile, a way to get things done, or a reminder to be kind with each other. She was so proud of her family and happily shared your accomplishments and how much she loved both of you.

Dan and Jonathan, I was Chris’ supervisor at DCAA and enjoyed working with her. She was always very diligent and as mentioned by many, compassionate. Her actions said more than a thousand words and she will be missed. At the service today, I was impressed with what a great life she lived. As the pastor mentioned, we all will have the memories she left us.
