  1. ONLY ONE THING TO SAY ABOUT COUSIN DANNY (BARNEY) FLANAGAN — AND, THAT IS, HE TRULY WAS A CHARACTER — WHETHER IT WAS AT A BAR/FAMILY REUNION AND, BELIEVE IT OR NOT, AT A FUNERAL OR EVEN IN CHURCH AT TIMES. HE WAS PROUD OF HIS IRISH HERITAGE AND LOVED TELLING STORIES AND/OR ‘QUESTIONABLE JOKES’ WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS. GOD BLESS AND REST IN PEACE DEAR CUZ

  4. Uncle Danny was the absolute BEST uncle a girl could ask for. I will miss him forever, but I know that he and Aunt Nancy are having a good, old time up there together.

He always took time to love my kids and my husband. He brought his ham and always appreciated the to-go plates I made him. No holiday will ever feel as cheery without him. We loved him SO much. I will miss him so much. It hurts to think about having a celebration without him, because he brought so much joy to me and mine.

We love you, Uncle Danny. I hope that you knew that.
