Forman, Susan

(nee McGrath) of Brentwood, MO found peace on Tuesday, December 29,2020 following a long and courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Survived by her loving husband Matthew and children Jeremy and Natalie, by her parents Michael and Jeanne McGrath and siblings Michael, Kathy and Dan as well as nieces and nephews.

  5. Matt I was so sad to hear of Susan’s passing. We were very close in our high school days and she always upbeat and had an infectious smile. My prayers go out to your entire family and I pray that Susan is in a much better place pain free.
