Jake was a huge sports fan, especially NASCAR and Blackhawks hockey, but his greatest love was being a daddy to his two babies. He also enjoyed fishing.
Funeral at Kutis South County Chapel 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Tuesday, May 12 at 10:00 am. Interment St. Lucas Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4-8 pm.
We are so deeply sorry for your loss. We have known Jake since the day he was born, and it’s hard to put into words how much this hurts. He was truly special, and I feel grateful to have watched him grow over the years. Please know we are thinking of you and your family and are here for anything you need.
