Horn, Norma Jean  (née Hellebusch)

Fortified with the sacraments of the Holy Mother Church, passed away March 6 at age 92, surrounded by family in Webster Groves. She was born May 14, 1930 in Concord Hill, Missouri to Alphonse and Eugenia Hellebusch.  On November 19, 1955, she married James Horn. She was a devout Catholic, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Norma is preceded in death by her parents, baby boy Horn, sister Marilyn Zoellner and brother Kenneth Hellebusch.

Norma is survived by her husband Jim; sister Sr. Lois Hellebusch (Most Precious Blood); her children Jeanne (Joe) Huber, Mary (Russ) Young, Greg (Linda) Horn, Jack (Majella) Horn, and Chris Rogers; grandchildren Lauren (Johnathan), Adam, Jake, Tyler, Stephanie, Megan, Kevin, Jenni (Mike), Alex, Ryan, Katie, Nicki and Sarah; and great grandchild Matthias.

Memorial mass will be at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, 17 Joy Ave, Webster Groves, Missouri, on Saturday, March 11 at 11:30 a.m. Visitation will be held at the church beginning at 10:30 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association of Greater St. Louis at https://www.alz.org/greatermissouri in honor of Norma. Her body will be donated to Saint Louis University for medical research.
