  1. I was so very sorry to hear that Hans died. Those of us from the Trachtengruppe go back quite a long way, and have many good memories of our various gatherings.

  4. I met Hans almost 50 years ago. He was one of many world class people working in the Nooter main shop when I joined them in 1974, We had good times together at work, and at several of the work related functions, the foreman’s club, sports leagues, many more. But my best memories of Hans, was with his dedicated work with the German Cultural society. There were many years as my Mom was aging, that the trip to Strassenfest, with the bratwurst and the strudel, and the way Hans and Joe and the families there, were so kind to her. Those were great times, and great memories, with great people. My warmest regards to his family, Hans was a great guy, and will definitely be remembered that way.
