McKean, Ruth Ann

 

McKean, Ruth Ann  70, of Barnhart died Nov. 8, 2016, at her home. Ms. McKean was a homemaker. Born Nov. 26, 1945, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Ruby (Davis) Thebeau.

She is survived by her lifelong partner: Gary L. Jones of Barnhart; three sons: Kevin (Linda) McKean of Imperial, Dan (Tina Butler) McKean of Barnhart and Jerry (Patricia) McKean of Barnhart; 11 grandchildren: Tara (James) Flader of Columbia, Cassie (Joshua) Lambrich of Barnhart, Makayla (Mike) Pronschinske of St. Charles, Alyssa McKean of Imperial, and Megan McKean, Morgan McKean, Cori McKean, Hannah McKean, Colleen McKean, Kellan McKean and Gabriel McKean, all of Barnhart; a sister: Donna (Mike) Moore of Jacksonville, Fla.; two nieces: Rachel Watkins of Arnold and Kim Sulin of Florissant; and one nephew: Kevin Sulin of Florissant. She was preceded in death by a brother: Tom Thebeau.

Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11,  at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in St. Louis County. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at the funeral home, officiated by Brad Bean. Burial is in the Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
