fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, Sunday, December 18, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe Pugliese; dear mother of Anthony (Kim) and Melodie (Tony) Nicastro; loving Nonna of Elizabeth (Ryan) Gleason, Rebecca, Francesca, Marisa and Pietro; beloved sister, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend. Antonia co-founded and operated Giuseppe’s Ristorante for nearly 30 years with her beloved husband Giuseppe. Antonia not only prepared delicious meals, but also warmly greeted her customers whom she thought of as family. Throughout her years at Giuseppe’s, Antonia formed many friendships with her employees and customers which lasted well past her retirement. She was deeply devoted to both her faith and family. Antonia touched many lives with her warm smile and caring manner. Many who knew her referred to her as Nonna, an Italian term of endearment for Grandmother. She will be missed and will remain a part of all the lives she touched.
