  1. I loved talking to him. Whenever he was at Bill and Sharon’s house, I would pull up my chair next to him and loved hearing his stories. He reminded me of my dad. He was a good guy and will be missed by all who knew him. God doesn’t make people like that generation anymore.

  2. I was blessed to work with Charlie as welders at Union Electric Meramec Plant in the 80’s to early 90’s until his retirement and continued seeing him as recently as this spring. Charlie was a very good man who I thought of as a father figure at work. So many wonderful memories. I’m going to miss him.

  4. Grandpa Charles was a genuinely wonderful, kind, and loving man. He told the best stories with a Stag beer in his hand, and gave awesome hugs. I am very thankful to have known him. Sending my deepest condolences for his loss to all of the family.

  5. Uncle Charlie….I remember you and will always remember you as one who placed others before self. You were there for your sisters while growing up in Ancell, Mo. You were there for your children, your grand-children and your great-grandchildren. A life very well lived….and worthy of remembrance by many. Thank you.
