  3. Steve was a great friend and drinking Buddy for 55 years and will be sadly missed by many. What a wonderful guy with a witty dry sense of humor. I guess I’ll have to learn how to warm up to Scotch in his honor!

  11. I first met Steve in grade school at St. John the Baptist. That’s a 73 year connection. Who would have guessed then that we would marry sisters and live next door to each other on Magnolia St. My brother in law was the best guy. Always with a great smile and a good story. Many wonderful times we shared together with family and friends. There were countless beers and softball games. I’m so sorry he’s gone but thankful he’s at peace. He will be missed.
My sympathy to Nora and the family.

  14. Lynn and I would like to give our condolences to Nora, Suzanne and Brian. We were neighbors with Steve and Nora on Wanda and missed them when they moved. One of my favorite memories was sitting with Steve at the annual block party one year and we just reminisced about who have lived in this house and that house on the block “and do you remember”. Steve and Nora lived on the block longer than anyone and Steve’s knowledge of the block was amazing. It’s going to be strange knowing he wont be sitting at the Haven hoisting a few. RIP
