Wagner, Patricia “Pat” (nee Ahern)

February 9, 1931 - March 18, 2025

Patricia “Pat” Ahern Wagner, age 94, of Wildwood, Missouri, died March 18, 2025 in Spring Green, Wisconsin after a long illness. Patricia was born February 9, 1931. She attended Quincy High School in Quincy, Illinois and received a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree from Quincy College. She taught fourth grade at Brentwood Elementary School and also taught elementary level courses in Clayton School System. In her summers, she studied and received her Master’s degree as a Reading Specialist.

Patricia married George Charles Wagner on November 28, 1953. They had two daughters: Cynthia (“Cindi”) and Lisa. She was devoted to Christ, her husband, and her family. She was an avid reader, especially of sermons and devotional literature.

Pat is survived by her daughter Lisa (Harold) Schnedler; her grandchildren Joshua (Carolyn) Baron, Christian (Alexis) Schnedler, Adena (Jim) Schnedler Edgeton, Leighton (Kerry) Schnedler; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Edna (Strottman) Ahern, her husband George, and her daughter Cindi (Alan) Baron.

Interment at Quincy Memorial Park Cemetery will be held in private.
