Son of Eleanor Szymanski, preceded in death by his father, Leo. Loving brother to Kathy (Jeff) McLafferty, Joan (Mike) Bieser, Sue Anderson, Mike (Jeanne) Szymanski, Dave (Cindy) Szymanski, and Mary (Ken) Moffett.
John will always be remembered as a big man with a big heart. He loved to cook and was one of the best lamb roasters ever! He loved to be around family and friends to share his experiences on the road as a truck driver. He had a great sense of humor and would debate politics with anyone brave enough to go there.
We miss him greatly. All his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends should be comforted knowing we have a strong Marine guarding us from above.
