Whether he was coaching softball and baseball teams or cheering the loudest at games and recitals, he always showed up with unwavering pride. The bond he shared with his grandchildren was truly special. Their connection was evident in every interaction—captured in countless photos and felt by everyone who witnessed it. John’s presence, devotion, and joy in his family will be remembered forever.

He welcomed his children’s friends as if they had always been part of the family, offering love, guidance, and support to anyone who needed it. His home was always open to those around him. Many people knew that if they needed help, advice, or simply someone to talk to, John would be there.

John was known for his easy-going nature and the friendships he formed throughout his life. He remained close to friends from high school, former coworkers, and bowling and golf league buddies.
