Glenn LaChance passed away peacefully in his sleep on Monday, March 16, 2026 at the age of 68. His body was blessed in his home by Fr. Charles Archer. He is preceded in death by his mother, Simone Pfuetzner, and his father, Dennis LaChance. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; son, Jacob; stepfather, Wolfgang Pfuetzner; sister, Colette Owens; and brother Paul LaChance.
Glenn was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in 1958. He was raised near Detroit, Michigan, and joined the United States Marine Corps immediately after high school. He spent seven years with the military, after which he pursued a degree in physical therapy. While attending college, Glenn met his wife Kathleen, whom he married on the day of his graduation from Saint Louis University. The couple would have their first and only child together five years later. Glenn’s career as a physical therapist lasted for nearly thirty years serving North Saint Louis before he was forced into early retirement due to health conditions. He briefly came out of retirement to work for a few years as a clerk at 7-Eleven on a whim.
