Janice “Jan” Lorraine Stuckmeyer (nee Pithan) was received by her Creator and Lord on March 14, 2026. Janice lived a life defined by her generous spirit and her devotion to the people she loved. A natural caregiver, Janice found her greatest joy in visiting friends and looking after those in need. Her heart for service led her and her husband, Les, to spend many meaningful years traveling with the MAPS RV Volunteers, where they cherished the opportunity to work on mission projects across the country. At home, she was most at home at the table playing cards, enjoying the laughter and connection of a good game with her beloved family and neighbors.
Janice was a devoted mother and grandmother. She bragged about her son and daughter every chance she got. She was also very proud of her grandkids and was immensely proud of the people they were becoming.
In honor of Janice’s lifelong commitment to caring for others, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Vinson Ministries Inc. (VMI). Contributions can be made via Zelle at 3142297860 or by check mailed to 7301 Sieloff Drive #B, Hazelwood, MO 63042. For cash donations, please include your address for receipt.
