Lovan, Helen Margaret (nee: Brannon), 90, of St. Louis, MO passed away on Tuesday March 24, 2026. She was born in Lynn, AR to Mary Angeline “Angy” Casper and William Talmadge Brannon. She was the beloved wife of Robert L. Lovan (d.1989). Helen is survived by her children, Margaret Scordias (George), Claude Lovan (Sheryl), Esco Lovan (Eileen), and Nolan Lovan (Marie). Helen’s family was the center of her life, including her children and their spouses, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was a faithful member of Lafayette Park United Methodist Church for almost 75 years, and she was a member of Eastern Star for over 60 years.
Services: Viewing will be held on Thursday, (3/26) from 4:00-800pm at Kutis Funeral Home, City Chapel, 2906 Gravois Ave., 63118. Funeral service will take place at Kutis City Chapel on Friday, (3/27) at 9:00am. Interment immediately following at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
