Passed away on Friday September 18, 2026. Loving wife of the late Sidney F. Horn Sr. Beloved mother of Joelle Schlater, Sidney F. (Debra) Horn Jr. and the late George E. Horn. Cherished grandmother of Bryan Schlater, Timothy Moseley, Jayme Nanestad, Joseph Schlater, Josh (Michelle) Horn, Jesse (Brianna) Schlater and the late Ryan Horn. Our dear great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Lilliane Esther Horn was born in the village of La Goulette in Tunisia and survived WWII. She left home at the age of 19 coming to America. Not speaking English she worked hard to assimilate to the American culture. Mom met her husband Sidney through a mutual friend. After a brief time dating they were engaged and married.
Our parents were happily married for 59 years. As a couple and after loosing her husband, she enjoyed serving in various church functions and activities. They enjoyed traveling, dancing, cooking and spending time with their family and friends. She will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Services; Visitation at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Thursday October 1st from 4-8PM, then to St. Johns Evangelical UCC Church 11333 St. John Church Rd. St. Louis, MO 63123) for visitation on Friday October 2nd for visitation from 9AM until service at 10AM. Interment JB National Cemetery.
