Beloved husband of Devine E. Allen (nee Poe); cherished father of Natalie G. (Ryan Gilliam) Allen; dear brother of Patricia (Duwayne “Smitty” Smith) Allen-Matthes; our dear uncle, cousin, nephew, brother-in-law and dear friend of many.

Mr. Allen faithfully served our country in the United States Army.

Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd. Thurs. Feb. 16, 4-8 PM with funeral service on Friday, Feb. 17, 10:00 AM at Kutis South County Chapel.  Inurnment following at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials appreciated to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
