Germer; loving mother of Donna (Steven) Stofiel, Mark (Karen) Germer, Sally (Buddy Brown) Germer and Jeffrey (Pamela Tester) Germer; dear grandmother of Brian, Jennifer, David, Jessica, Matthew, Jaime, Jenna and Jordan; dear great-grandmother of Bella, Chris, Alex, Phoebe, Meredith and William; dear daughter of the Frank and Mary Missey; dear sister of Collyn (Helga), Dale (Shirley) and Don (Nita) and the late Kenneth (Marilyn)  Missey; our dear aunt, great-aunt and cousin.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Wednesday, May 31, 9 a.m. to Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church for 9:30 a.m. Mass. Interment National Cemetery. Contributions to Alzheimer’s Association or Fisher House, Care of Voluntary Service VA Medical Center, #1 Jefferson Barracks Rd., St. Louis, MO 63125 appreciated. Joan was an avid bridge player, exercise fanatic and graduate of Roosevelt High School,  Class of ’44. Visitation Tuesday, 3-9 p.m.
