Tyler (Jessica) Sant and Lauren (Phillip) Faber; great-grandfather of Theodore and Annabel Faber; dear cousin of Susan (Robert Zensen) Murphy; dear son-in-law of Suzy and Kenneth Wolk.
Dr. Crotty was a Radiologist for 40 years and faithfully served our country in the US Army as a Physician.
Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Thursday Aug. 16, 4-8 p.m. with memorial Mass on Friday, August 17, 9:30 a.m. at Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Inurnment at JB National Cemetery. Memorials to St. Jude Children’s Hospital appreciated.
