Wehmueller, Kate A.

Wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother Kate A. Wehmueller entered fully into the presence of the Lord on Saturday, February 11, 2023.  She was born on September 16, 1949 in St Louis, Missouri a daughter to the late Karl August Frenzel and the late Gertrude Marie (Oswald) Frenzel.   In additions to Kate’s father and mother, she was preceded in death by her brother, Karl Albert Frenzel.

Kate experienced good health until four years ago when on May 23, 2018, she was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colon Cancer.   Regardless of what was thrown at Kate, her faith kept her going.   Let Go Let God.

On October 20, 1973, she married Wayne William Wehmueller with whom she enjoyed 49 years in the nuptial estate.  He survives alongside their children:  Eric (Lisa) Wehmueller and Caroline (Kevin) Hilzinger alongside the grandchildren:  Ethan and Evan Wehmueller, Kylie (Colton) Bates and Cory Hilzinger; as well as a great-grandchild Beau Cruz Bates.  Also surviving is her brother Ken, aka Butch Frenzel as well as other relatives and friends.

Services: Visitation at Peace Lutheran Church 737 Barracksview Road, St Louis, MO 63125 Friday, February 17, 2023 9 AM until the funeral at 10:30 AM. Interment New Bethlehem Cemetery
