My condolences to the sons, Brannagan and Terragan , brother Ralph and nephew Ryan in this loss of Richie. I will miss him and the back ‘n’ forth conversations we had on just about everything.
Sorry to hear of Rich’s passing
All would agree he was kind hearted and a generous soul
He and his family saved me from dorm life our senior year at Chaminade on many weekends and listened to IN A GADDA DA VIDA in his attic bedroom before falling asleep
Doubled dated many times and I was a occasional roadie for his talented band
Rich got us ticks to KSHE anniversary party at Kiel
Much, much more!
I recall Richie from years ago at old Booker Associates. As a structural engineer at an Engineer/Architect firm, it was my duty to dislike the architects. Richie was an exception, always funny and fun. I had not seen him for many years. Condolences to family and all who knew him.
Richard was a pleasure to work with on so many City School projects. So sad to hear of his passing.
My sincerest condolences to Terragan, Brannagan, Pam, family and friends. Know he is in the Loving Presence of God. A person is remembered by what he leaves behind, besides his loving family, Richie left behind laughter. May God’s Grace get you through this time.
We are deeply saddened to learn of Richie’s passing.
We extend our deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
My memories go back to seeing Richie perform with his band in the late 1960s as a fellow Chaminade grad. His love of music was a constant and it was wonderful to see him at concerts featuring 1960s rock and roll.
We’ll miss his wonderful smile, warm greetings and conversations, and his happy, good-hearted nature. As a fellow architect and friend, it was great to hear about his work in architecture.
I will always cherish our last conversation.
Rest in Peace Richie.
Jane and John Guenther
I fondly remember Richie from working with him, when he was an architect with the St. Louis Public Schools and I was one of the architects managing the various renovations/additions. He was my favorite SLPS architect, as he had a great sense of humor and was practical in his demands. In later years I enjoyed seeing him again at social events and in particular at Failonis with Pam.
Goodbye, Jamey Alverson
