In Loving Memory

Chott, Gwendolyn

86, passed away Monday , July 11th, 2022 following a brief illness. She leaves her husband of 67 years, Edward Chott; daughter, Catherine Buchheit (Kevin); daughter, Donna Murtha (Mark); and son, James Chott (Kim); 7 grandchildren, Christina Miller (Chris); Michael Buchheit (Ann); Michelle Dobbs (Drew); Robert Murtha; Daniel Murtha (Joanna); Anthony Chott; Olivia Chott; and 8 great grandchildren, Grace Buchheit; Sloane Miller; Aniston Miller; Sunny Buchheit; Dominik Dobbs; Mila Dobbs; Rocky Buchheit; Noah Murtha; and friends.

Gwen was born in St. Louis and spent her childhood on a homesteaded farm in Cedar Hill, Mo. In April, 1955 she married the love of her life, Edward, upon his return from active duty in the Korean War. Gwen loved her family beyond measure and kept her focus on raising her children and being active in the Catholic faith.

SERVICES; VISITATION at St. Margaret Mary Alacoque (4900 Ringer Rd. St Louis, Mo 63129) Saturday, on Sat. July 16th, 2022 10 am to 11am Mass at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Burial St John’s Cemetery
