  1. Cliff had a really big influence on my life. From teaching us how to catch bullfrogs during season with our bare hands to showing us how to hook that minow on the limb line just right.

  2. From the time I met him, Cliff teased me unmercifully, from calling me Mrs. Chris to throwing me in the mud. He dunked me over and over in the river for being too dressed up to come to the Anglers. Cliff and Pat always made me feel welcome. I love them both

  3. Eric, I was looking for someone else and happened to see your dad’s photo. I am truly sorry for your loss. Your dad was one of the kindest people I have ever met! I still tell the story of how he kept a siding salesman on the phone for an extended period of time only to end the conversation with “I didn’t know you could put siding on a brick house” :). It’s been many years since I have seen him but people like that never are forgotten, he will be missed. May you find peace in all of your memories of him. My prayers are with you and your family.
