In Loving Memory

Enderle, Mary E.

August 29, 1974 - February 18, 2026

Enderle, Mary E. (née Luna) passed away on February 18, 2026.

Former wife of the late Brian Enderle; beloved daughter of Anthony and the late Mary Luna; devoted mother of Jake Enderle and Angela Luna; cherished fiancée of Chester Gloyd; loving sister of Tony (Monica) Luna and Theresa (Les) Dickens; and a dear aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Mary was deeply committed to supporting veterans’ organizations, especially The Kauffman Fund in St. Louis. She proudly served as a Brand Ambassador for Forgotten Coast K9, an organization dedicated to training service dogs for veterans in need. Mary’s loyal service dog, Sophie, remained at her side during events, fundraisers, and the many charity galas she joyfully attended.

Mary built a long and successful career in freight and logistics. Most recently, she served for over five years as the Business Development Manager at Allstates Worldcargo, following an extensive and impactful tenure with UPS. Known for her tireless work ethic and genuine care for others, Mary was admired by colleagues and customers alike.

Outside of work, Mary treasured time spent with her large circle of friends. She loved meeting new people at networking events and was always ready to offer support, encouragement, and a listening ear—guided by her strong faith. She took immense pride in her children, Angela and Jake, celebrating their successes at every opportunity.

Mary will be remembered as a beautiful soul, inside and out—an inspiration to all who knew her. She filled every room with warmth, kindness, and an unmistakable light.

  11. Mary was kind. She cared deeply about veterans and animals. She loved her kids with her whole heart and was so proud of them. Mary was beautiful, and she was incredibly strong.

Her passing was unexpected, and it’s hard to put into words how shocking and painful that is. If you’re someone who, like me, could see the pain she carried quietly beneath her smile and strength, you know what I mean. She showed up every day anyway.

Mary and I bonded over our love for German shepherds and community service. She introduced me to The Kaufman Fund, and she was especially proud of the CPL Brian J Enderle Memorial Golf Tournament she put together each year. That work mattered to her, and it mattered to so many others because of her.

The world feels dimmer without her spirit. In Mary’s honor, I hope we can all be a little kinder today. I’m sending so much love to her family, and to Sophie, her best friend and constant companion.

It’s rare to meet someone as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. I truly never heard Mary speak a negative word. The world needs more Mary Luna Enderles.

  13. This has been such a shock. As many have said here, Mary was a light. She showed up for her family, her friends and those people and causes that she believed so deeply in. We had lunch last month and she was so excited about her upcoming marriage and talked about her passion for veterans. It’s hard that someone with her light is suddenly gone. His bless her soul. Bless her children and Chester, her family. I also hope her cherished dog Sophie is being loved on as Mary would want. Rest in peace sweet angel.

  26. Mary E.,

I remember the giving kind hearted innocence you carried. The joy of your life partner Chester and the excitement for the new life to come. You touched others with your grace and lite up every conversation with a genuine capacity to do life fully and afraid.
I only knew you for about 4 or 5 months and I am so grateful you are at peace and in heaven with Father God. I will never forget our special and very short moments. You made me feel like I could go for life again. And when I see Chester, I think of you and how you shape everybody who knew and loved you. See you when I get home.

  30. Mary was the kind of friend that if you didn’t see one another very often when you connected, it was like you never had been apart. She was such a compassionate and beautiful person. I was proud to help her with Brian’s memorial golf tournament and we connected on her love of service dogs and the veterans. It’s such a shock that you have left us. I will miss running into you at Kohl’s and having our chats. No matter how busy either one of us were, our chats about life will be etched in my memory forever. I was so excited for you and your next chapter. Thank you for being such a great example of how one persons life can positively impact the lives of those around them. Thank you for helping our Veterans, our forgotten K9s, and being a volunteer leader to many. Our community has lost someone very special.
I know God is telling you “Well done, my child, well done”
We are praying for your entire family.

Although I did not know her well, I met her several years ago during the 2011-2014 timeframe at various social events. I always remember she had a smile on her face and was exceptionally kind — always a pleasure to speak with. She was a beautiful person, indeed.
