In Loving Memory

Fehl, Jane (nee Marcinkiewicz)

June 4, 1952 - January 30, 2026

Jane Fehl (Marcinkiewicz) born June 4, 1952 passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Friday, January 30, 2026.  Beloved wife of Scott Fehl for 35 years.  Loving sister of the late Tony Marcinkiewicz, Barbara Farnsworth & Joan Bommarito.   Daughter of the late Anthony Marcinkiewicz and Frances Marcinkiewicz (Hartmann).  Dear Sister in Law to Steve & Chris Fehl, Barry & Colleen Fehl and Chrys & Debbie Fehl.  Loving Aunt to Jamie (Tony) Daugherty, Michael (Gisela) Bommarito, Jason (Megan) Bommarito, Tony Marcinkiewicz, Amy (Brad) Weaver, Tom (Lisa) Marcinkiewicz, Leah Serra, Blake (Kate) Fehl, Kristen (James) Seckington, Rachel Chew and Stephanie Essman.  Great Aunt to Peyton, Brennan, Vinny, Izzy, Lexi, Lauren, Xander, Nora and Henry.  Loved by cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.

Jane was a compassionate nurse for nearly 50 years, kind and thoughtful.  She loved grocery shopping and finding the best deals.  Her love for her family was beyond immense, especially the nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.  Jane could be the life of the party but never wanted to be in the spotlight.  Her wit and sense of humor set her apart and she will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know her.

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Brooke Sanders and Nurse Stacy Fox and the Infusion Center Oncology Team for the care, compassion and dedication you showed Jane during her journey.  We are grateful for the kindness you extended to Jane and her family.

Services:  A Memorial Visitation at Kutis Affton Chapel will be held on Sunday February 15 from 1pm to 5pm.  A memorial service will be held at the chapel at 4:30pm.  In lieu of flowers consider donations to the Humane Society of Missouri, on Macklind Ave. in St. Louis or the BJC Hospice program.

Condolences

  6. Jane and I became instant friends and our friendship lasted over 50 years. I was blessed to be her friend. We had so many good times together and were always there for each other. Even when she was away at nursing school, we remained in contact – through visits actual letters – no cells phone, no texting. I will always cherish those memories. Janie, you are now out of pain and may you rest in peace my best friend – till we meet again – Love You!
