  2. My prayers are with Doug and Danielle during this painful time. Marsha was the most kind, caring, and compassionate woman that I had the pleasure of working with. She saw me through many hardships in our times together at SLU, and I am grateful for having the opportunity to meet and work with her. She will be truly missed!

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.

  12. My Sincerest Condolences to the Family. When I received news of Marsha’s passing, it literally broke my heart. Marsha was the (BEST BOSS) Manager, I’ve ever had in my entire work history. Marsha, from the day I met her, she has always been Caring, Loving and so Compassionate with a beautiful smile. She truly cared about us in Diagnostic Radiology and when our jobs phased out as tech asst, she went above and beyond to place us elsewhere at SLUH. A Beautiful Soul inside & out. Take your rest with JESUS.

  15. I am deeply saddened and shocked by the passing of Marsha Forest. In my 22 years in radiology, she has been one of the most capable, caring, and dedicated directors I’ve had the privilege to work with. As director of radiology at SLUH, Marsha was truly the backbone of our department, managing day-to-day operations and supporting the technologists with unwavering commitment. Although she was retired and I am now at a different hospital, I will always remember her as a kind, steady presence who made a lasting impact on everyone she worked with. Her beautiful smile and remarkable ability to solve problems with grace and decisiveness were gifts to us all. My heartfelt condolences go out to her family and to everyone in our radiology community who had the privilege of knowing her. Marsha will be truly missed.

  16. Marsha, a breath of fresh air! From her early Radiology tech years at IWH through her years mananing at SLUH, wearing many hats, Marsha’s character never changed. To Marsha, you mattered first as a person, no matter your position, or any other trait. She blended her generous spirit with a no nonensense “lets get this done right, everyone one wins”. Her door always open to anyone; she lived a creed of love. Thank you Marsha, what a difference you made!
