  1. Larry, Mieka, Shirley, Robert and Kathy – my sympathy and love to all of you .
I remember family times with the Stringer cousins growing up. Uncle Otto and my grandma Mollie are siblings.
In more recent years , Sharon and I got together for long lunches. She liked Eckerts in Belleville, which included shopping in their store. The topic of our Bauer genes and traits usually came up. Mostly good genes, and we felt lucky to have them.
I know you all will miss her .

  2. On March 26, we said goodbye to my beautiful mom, Sharon Klein, after her courageous battle with cancer.

There are no words that truly capture the depth of this loss. She was the heart of our family—strong, loving, and endlessly selfless. Through every high and low, she showed us what grace, resilience, and unconditional love look like.

She was an incredible grandma and great-grandma, and nothing brought her more joy than her family. Her love will live on in each of us—in the laughter of her grandchildren, the stories we share, and the traditions she created.

She also had a special place in her heart for animals, especially dogs. Her compassion extended far beyond her family, and her love for dog rescues was just another reflection of the kindness she carried every day.

She fought with everything she had, and even in her hardest moments, she never stopped caring for the people around her. That’s who she was—always putting others first, always leading with love.

I will forever be grateful for every hug, every conversation, every lesson she gave me. She was my safe place, my biggest supporter, and my guiding light.

Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing she is no longer in pain. Her love will live on in each of us.

    Rest peacefully. 🤍

  3. My dear friend, co-worker, travel buddy and sewing partner: words cannot express how much I’ll miss you. We have had so many fun times on our “field trips” as she would call them. I will remember and cherish the hours of conversations we would have about anything and everything. Knowing that you are no longer in pain brings me comfort. I’ll see you on the other side. Rest in peace, my friend.
