In Loving Memory

Roy, Henrietta Louise

(nee Eppensteiner), 4/30/1919-5/13/2019. While resting peacefully, the angels came for Nanny. Henrietta dearly loved her parents, Henry & Hilda Eppensteiner and her siblings, Henry & Elvira. She played the piano for St. Francis de Sales School every morning while her fellow school children marched in. Henrietta was married in 1939 to her beloved Husband, the late Elliott B. Roy. She gave birth to her loving daughter, Geraldine E. Roy (Wild) in 1943 and bravely raised her while Elliott served in WWII.

Henrietta went on to serve as the Commander of the St. Louis Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary. Henrietta lived a life devoted to family and full of joy that was instantly apparent. Henrietta is survived by her daughter, Geraldine Wild, her grandchildren, Steven Wild, Lisa Fur (Pierre), Michael Wild and her great grandchildren, Zachary Wild, Jessica Wild, Michael D.
