Frank was one of the first policeman that I truly got to know as a young civilian employee in the laboratory. He was still an ETU Officer And he and I had many great conversations over the years that I worked in the lab. He was always kind, funny, and intelligent, and I consider myself blessed to have known him all the way up until the time that we served together on the Police veterans board. Rest in peace, Frank.
I’m so very sorry that you won’t have Skip beside you any longer but he’ll always be in hearts and your memories. Wish I could come for the service.
So sad and sorry for your loss but I have such fond memories of Skip ❤️
Most thanksgiving’s were at Gram and Pawps house next door with Uncle John and family , Uncle Frank and Aunt Betty, mom and dad and all of us 4 girls . Skip once handcuffed me to the leg of my grandmothers dining room table because I was a little shit I suppose ! He will be missed ❤️
In the quiet night, where stars softly gleam,
We remember Frank, who lived with a dream.
A husband, a father, a friend so true,
In every role, he knew what to do.
An officer brave, both steadfast and bright,
In Saint Louis’s service, he was our guiding light.
As Evidence Technician, meticulous in task,
A Firearms Examiner, expertise unmasked.
With humor and joy, he brightened each day,
Jokes and laughter kept sorrow at bay.
Reliable always, a pillar so strong,
In his presence, we felt we belonged.
Veteran of service, dedicated and grand,
In the Police Association, he took a stand.
Frank’s legacy lives, though he’s no longer here,
In our hearts, he’ll forever be near.
Lord, we pray, grant him peace above,
Surround him with Your eternal love.
May we cherish his memory, hold him dear,
In every story, in laughter, and tear.
Amen.
