Toebe, James L. Sr., July 9, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Martha Toebe (nee Ebinger); dear father of James Jr. (Mary) and Jeffrey (Laura) Toebe; dear grandfather of Mary, Lauren, Renee and Brandon Toebe and great-grandfather of Gabe and Amelia Cook; dear brother of Ron (Pat) Toebe Sr.; our dear uncle, cousin and friend.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Parkinson Disease Foundation.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd., Wednesday, July 13, 10 a.m. until service at 11:30 a.m. Interment National Cemetery.

  1. I can remember all the times that he would come down for breakfast when he was at Tesson Heights and I would straighten his pants for him. Then I would tell him that he was handsome enough to go find a woman. He was a sweet man and touched many hearts. I am glad that I got to spend the time that I did with him.
