I didn’t know Bob before Alzheimers but on the days he was good that smile and sense of humor could melt you. I could see how Marilyn fell for him about 60 years ago and continued that deep love. To watch the two of them together always melted my heart. Such devotion and love is a fairy tale that doesnt happen often. To you boys you were lucky, my parents had that and i always appreciated the love in our home. I hope you guys help support your mom now, she’s going to need you. I also hope you realize the wonderful care she gave your dad. And what she gave up to keep him with her. I’ll miss Bob’s smile our “races down the street”, and the love between those two.

I was saddened to hear of Bob’s passing. I worked with him at Universal. He was such a kind person and always so cheerful. He will be missed!
