  1. It was very sad to learn of his passing! He had a fascinating, public service career as a police officer and volunteer after retiring. He was a great man and good friend.

  2. Terry was one of the most dedicated police officers. I met him as a St. Louis Police Cadet in 1973. He had an impact on my career and life trajectory, It was nice to see him in our retirement years and we all missed him at our weekly breakfasts after he became ill. Thank you Terry for everything you have done for so many police officers for so many police department during your instructor years at the police academy. Thank you for your public service. Rest in peace. I’m sure traffic will be flowing more smoothly up above. All who knew you will miss you.

  4. Terry was an asset to the St. Louis County Police department. I did not have the pleasure of working with Terry. I always admired his knowledge of many topics and how he helped to improve the department. He was always friendly.
