Margo Marie (Myers) Jewsbury passed away peacefully on May 18, 2026 fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church.
She is survived by her son, Michael Allen (Jennifer) Jewsbury and grandson Harrison Michael “Hank”. Beloved daughter of the late Theodore Henry “Ted” Myers Sr. and Mary Louise Myers. She is also survived by her siblings: twin, Michael Thomas (Sally) Myers, Maureen Brigid Fahey, and Mary Therese (Michael) Hayworth. She was preceded in death by siblings: Kathleen Irene Myers, Theo Henry Myers, and Joseph Timothy Myers. Margo was also a dear niece, aunt, cousin and friend.
Margo received her early education at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic School and Alemany High School. She went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Education from Mount Saint Mary’s University. She dedicated nearly four decades of service to PacBell Phone Company, where she built a long and respected career.
A woman of curiosity and adventure, Margo loved to travel, especially to destinations near the ocean. She enjoyed the theatre, films, exploring new restaurants, and hosting gatherings for family and friends. She was well known for her exceptional pies and cakes. She was an avid and enthusiastic reader often reading a book a day. Margo possessed a generous and nurturing spirit, often caring for friends and family in times of need. She will be remembered for her warm smile and gentle wit. Margo was deeply dedicated to her Catholic faith, particularly her devotion to the Rosary and Saint Joseph.
SERVICES: Rosary at Saint Francis de Sales Oratory (2653 Ohio Avenue, Saint Louis, Missouri 63118) on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. followed immediately by a Solemn Requiem Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be on June 6, 2026 at the San Fernando Mission Cemetery (11160 Stranwood Avenue, San Fernando, California 91345). Masses and prayers for the repose of her soul would be most welcome and you can ask her to pray for you too!
Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen.
