Somsaveng Sounthone was born on February 1st 1956 in Luang Prabang, Laos. He passed away on June 26, 2026, surrounded by his loving family after a courageous five-year battle with cancer.
He was a loving and devoted husband to his wife, Manirat and a cherished father to his children, Samantha and Peter. Family was the center of his life. and He took great pride in providing for and caring for those he loved.
Somsaveng found joy in the outdoors and especially loved hunting and fishing. Through hard work, determination, and unwavering dedication, he built a life centered on perseverance, integrity, and love. His strength and resilience inspired everyone who knew him.
Though he will be deeply missed, his legacy lives on through the family he loved so dearly and the countless lives he touched with his kindness, generosity, and quiet strength. He will forever be remembered with love and gratitude.
