Beloved husband for 56 years of Virginia Duggan (nee Schmutz); loving father of Robert (Carolyn) Duggan, Cynthia (Tim) Clifton, Diane (Mike) Treat, Timothy (Cori) and Joseph (Tanya) Duggan; dear grandfather of Nick, Ashley, Virginia, Colleen, Danielle, Sarah, Rachel, Molly, Kelly and Finneas; dear great-grandfather of Elise and Abigail; dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Mr. Duggan was a member of the Oakville Elks Lodge.

Services: Funeral from KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Monday, May 16, 10:30 a.m. to St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church for 11 a.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials to American Heart Assoc. or Backstoppers appreciated. Visitation Sunday, 4-8 p.m.
