Went to Heaven on Thursday, August 10, 2017.  Beloved  husband of Violet E. Arling (nee Poppitz); loving father of  Sharon Rainwater, Barbara (Tom) Platipodis, Wayne (Shannon) Arling and Donald Arling[]; cherished PawPaw of  Kristina (Mike), Jason (Tammy), Nicholas, Alexander, Kennedy, Amanda, Kelsey, and Kiley; Great-PawPaw of Thomas,  Savannah, Cheyenne and  Lincoln; dearest brother of the late Robert  Arling;  brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Services: Visitation at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 5255          Lemay Ferry Rd., on Tuesday, August 15 from 9 a.m. until time of Service at 10:30 a.m.  Interment J.B. National Cemetery.  Contributions to Abiding Savior Lutheran Church (Butler Hill Rd), appreciated.
