Bladdick

In Loving Memory

Bladdick, Thomas F.

58, died at home in St. Louis, MO, on December 6, 2022, surrounded by family.  He was born on June 23, 1964, to the late Raymond Bladdick and JoAnn (Pohl) Bladdick (surviving).

Tom attended primary school at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School in St. Louis and graduated from Oakville High School in 1983.

Tom was known to be the life of the party, no one could tell a story quite like him.  He enjoyed watching the Cardinals game and firing up the grill after a day of tinkering around the house and yard. His gardening skills were showcased with his annual plantings and manicured lawn. Tom made his living as a carpenter; his craftsman skills were unmatched. Tom kept busy in retirement by helping others with home renovation projects. He also enjoyed taking fishing trips with his brothers and his son, Patrick. A fish fry was sure to follow with Tom leading the charge.

Throughout his life, Tom was lucky to have many names – husband, son, brother, uncle, friend, co-worker, but the best was DAD.

Tom was preceded in death by his father, Raymond and niece, Faith, and is survived by his children: Stephanie L. Bladdick and Patrick T. Bladdick of St. Louis; his wife Kim and stepchildren Jhoanie Corley and Traesun Guthrie; his mother, JoAnn; brothers Dale, Steve, Jerry, Jeff, and Dan; sisters Theresa, Kathy, and Patti; along with numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held at Kutis South County Chapel (5255 Lemay Ferry) on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, from 4:00 pm until service at 7:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to come and share fond memories and legendary stories.

  7. I have some great memories of Tom. He was always smiling, laughing as if he was up to something….. but I mostly remember how genuine and kind he was. Such a sad loss and I pray for comfort for the whole Bladdick family. Peace
