Beloved father of William Czarnik, Bruce (Cindy) Czarnik, Kenneth Czarnik and Andrea (Ryan) Robertson; loving grandfather of Zachary, Gavin, Sydney, Emily, Jacob, Kylie, Johnny and Rex; dear son of the late Anna and Aloysius Czarnik; dear former spouse of the late Kay Ann Czarnik. Our dearest uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Bill had an unmatched sense of humor and a deep love for animals. He grew up in Michigan and was an avid sports fan and dynamic athlete. He played high school football and basketball, and went on to play collegiate basketball at the Detroit Institute of Technology. He later earned a master’s degree from the University of Detroit. He then relocated to St. Charles Missouri where he settled down and raised his family for the past 45 years. Bill was a proud father and grandfather, and he especially loved celebrating the successes of his children and grandchildren.

Visitation at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (2 Seton Court St. Charles, Mo. 63303) on Thursday, December 19, 10:30 a.m. until funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Entombment at St. Hedwig Cemetery and Mausoleum in Dearborn, MI. will be held in private.
