Hanson, Linda (nee Luster), From the loving embrace of her family to the loving embrace of her Savior, passed peacefully into the Kingdom of Heaven on Tuesday, December 20th, 2022.

Beloved wife of 47 years to David Hanson; loving mother to David, Jr. (Rachel) and Tabitha (John) DeWalle; cherished MawMaw to Michael, Daniel, and Joey DeWalle, and to Ava and Lena Hanson. Dear daughter in law, sister in law, aunt, sister to Doris, Diane, Alan and Dale. Preceded in death by parents Frank and Wilma (nee Kyle) Luster. Linda will be deeply missed by her family, her friends, and her church family, for she wrote her name on all of their hearts.

Linda, a lifelong homemaker, will be remembered for her faith in her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, her life long service to the church, her love and commitment to her children, her unwavering adulation for her five grandchildren and for her devotion to the love of her life, David.

  3. I met Linda in 1998, the mother of my friend Tabitha. I remember Linda as a very warm person. She gave me a warm welcome in her home. Dear family I wish you all the strength and love to make this loss bearable. My prayers are with you all.

  7. It is always and forever the heaviest heart pain when we lose our mothers. She enhanced your family’s lives with Joy and unconditional Love, as mom’s do. You now are an extension of her heart to carry on her love of Snowmen and now light up your family for her, Tabitha! I never met your mom, but know through your posts how deeply she loved each of you and how deep your love was in return. She now watches over her beloved family. May the Peace of Our Lord comfort you.
