  2. Joe was my biggest and best supporter to help me enter public service and politics. I will never forget his kind help and support. He was a kind and generous human being who raised a wonderful family with his beloved wife, Mary Ann. May he rest in peace.

  3. Jim and Joe met at St Louis University and were fraternity brothers. Imagine the surprise when, in 1967, we moved next to Joe and Mary Ann on Saddlebrook Drive. We’ve been friends ever since. I know Jim was waiting on the patio up there with a martini in hand so they can finish solving all the world’s problems. Rest in peace dear friend.

  4. Joe was our leader. It was Joe that had dinner ideas for the group. Or even planning trips to places we all enjoy. We will will miss his planning and ideas…..

  5. Joe was a mentor to me when I was younger. He helped me in business, in politics, and taught me how to drink a “Tini” in the afternoon. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was a kind and decent person. He was a religious person with a strong moral compass. He had a genuine, strong character. Won’t ever forget the lake house visit and the campaign HQ on the Hill. May he Rest in Peace.

  6. Not having known Mr. Kochanski, I have been to his business many times and have dealt with his children who are taking over the company. A company built on integrity and friendliness which has carried through to this generation. Thank you Mr. Kochanski and may you rest in peace knowing that you did a really good job.

  7. To all of the Kochanski’s, my condolences. I know how hard it is to lose a father
and founder of your company. I know he will be missed and all the hard work he had done over the years. The best compliment I can give is, the way he treated family and friends. Rest in peace.

  8. Condolences from me (Jerry Kochanski) and my two sisters (Theresa and Kathy), (originally from Cottleville, Missouri), to the J C Kochanski family and J C’s sister Mary Alice and brother John (Jackie).
J C was the first born of our Uncle Joe and Aunt Mildred. Uncle Joe was our dad’s (Tony Kochanski’s) oldest brother. J C was also born the same year (1936) as our oldest brother, Tony Kochanski Jr. who passed away in October, 2019. Prayers for all of the family. It is very difficult to lose a family member during the Christmas season. God bless all of you.

  9. Sending deepest condolences and consolation and peace to the Kochanski family. Your dad made such an impression on me as a teenager as an example of a man with his priorities right – family, faith, friends and fun. He always checked in on us in Congressman Gephardt’s first small office on the Hill in the late 70’s and generously shard his Ozarks home with so many. And his values and priorities stayed consistent throughout his life. What a blessing he was to so many!! May he rest in peace
