Age 90, passed away quietly in her sleep on Saturday, November 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Charles Allen Mayfield; dear mother to Margaret (Jerry) Green, Jack (Susan) Mayfield, and Rita (Eugene) Griffith; dear grandmother of Kimberly (Paul) Lesko, Wayne (Jamie) Green, Scott Griffith, Kathrine (David) Harbit, Kelly (Matt) Sellers, Keith (Elizabeth) Mayfield; dear great-grandmother of 12 – Emily, Alexander, Jude, Nathanial, Charlie, Sammy, Sidney, Lillian, Isabella, Evelyn, Azelea, and Cordelia. Dear daughter of the late Jasper and Margaret Barnes and sister to the late Eddie (Betty) Barnes, Jessie (Betty) Barnes, and Mansel (Betty) Kintner. Dear aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend to many. The family greatly appreciates and thanks all of those at St. Luke’s Hospital, Pathway Hospice, and Delmar Gardens who gave their loving care to June.
