Age 90, passed away quietly in her sleep on Saturday, November 24, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Charles Allen Mayfield; dear mother to Margaret (Jerry) Green, Jack (Susan) Mayfield, and Rita (Eugene) Griffith; dear grandmother of Kimberly (Paul) Lesko, Wayne (Jamie) Green, Scott Griffith, Kathrine (David) Harbit, Kelly (Matt) Sellers, Keith (Elizabeth) Mayfield; dear great-grandmother of 12 – Emily, Alexander, Jude, Nathanial, Charlie, Sammy, Sidney, Lillian, Isabella, Evelyn, Azelea, and Cordelia.  Dear daughter of the late Jasper and Margaret Barnes and sister to the late Eddie (Betty) Barnes, Jessie (Betty) Barnes, and Mansel (Betty) Kintner.  Dear aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend to many.  The family greatly appreciates and thanks all of those at St. Luke’s Hospital, Pathway Hospice, and Delmar Gardens who gave their loving care to June.  Donations in lieu of flowers to The Alzheimer’s Association. Visitation at KUTIS AFFTON Chapel, 10151 Gravois, on Thursday, November 29, 4-9 p.m. and Service on Friday, November 30 at 11:30 a.m.  Interment Jefferson Barracks Cemetery.
