Mulkey, Arlene F. (nee Meacham) entered into rest on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Billy Ray Mulkey for over 53 years; loving mom of Pam (Dave) Lane, Becky (Gary) Baldridge and Bryant (Danielle ) Mulkey; cherished grandma of Ashley (Dylan), Calvin, Kayla, Madilynn, Emily, Andrew and Harper; dearest sister of the late William “Billy” Meacham. Arlene was a treasured cousin, aunt, great-aunt, sister-in-law and friend to many.

Arlene may have been small in stature….but had the heart of a giant. She truly loved her family. Gone…..but forever in our hearts.

 

Services: Funeral at KUTIS SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd on Thursday, January 5, 9 a.m. Interment J.B. National Cemetery.  Donations in Arlene’s memory may be made to a charity of your choice. Visitation, Wednesday 4-8 p.m.
