In Loving Memory

Peterson, Franklin Duane

Franklin Duane Peterson, of Imperial, MO, was born on April, 28, 1947. He was the son of Helen (Webb) Peterson and James “Tony” Peterson and he departed this life on Friday, November 04, 2022 at his residence in Imperial. He attained the age of 75 years of age. 

Franklin had a love for life, nature, art, his faith and most of all his family. He was a caring and devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, friend, papa and great papa. He will be missed by many, but is now at peace with his beloved wife Lana Lou (Benson) Peterson, his son Todd William Crouch, and his parents and siblings that have departed before him. 

Those left to mourn the passing of Franklin include his four children Tandi Clark (Chris Clark), Jeff Peterson (Tina Peterson), Carol Norris, Nichole Walker, his sisters Janet Sloan, Kay Graham (Albert Graham), Marjorie Danley (Donald Danley), his brother Michael Peterson (Laura Peterson), his grandchildren Karri Frazier (Thomas Frazier), Lana Crouch, Kelcee Crouch, Taylor Clark, Dylon Clark (Tori Clark), Hope Verdin, Hylan Ordoyne, Ryan Peterson, Sarah Peterson, Sean Norris, Lance Hamlet, Lincoln Hamlet, his 8 great-grandchildren, including Elijah Frazier and Layton Crouch, and many more family and friends. 

Franklin’s family will gather on Friday, November 18, 2022, visitation 10:30 until service 11:30 am in a celebration of rememberance at Kutis Funeral Home located at 5255 Lemay Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO 63129. Fond and precious memories will always be held in the heart of his dear family, friends and all who knew and loved him.

You were top in the eyes of your Granddaughters and the very best Great papa to your Grandson’s Elijah & Layton. Your love for them was seen through your smiles, I truly will miss those moments I would receive pics displaying your smiles with the ones you love the most.

    Thank you for loving my son as your very own Grandson, not just as a Grandson-in-law, and letting him know so. He sure looked up to you.
